1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Our services

Neulaxy provides artificial-intelligence and machine-learning consulting, development and integration services, including AI strategy, data and feature engineering, custom model development, automation, knowledge/LLM systems, and deployment and MLOps. The Site itself is primarily informational: it describes our services, shares insights, and lets you contact us or book a consultation. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• breach any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or damage the Site, its servers or networks;
• introduce malware, scrape or harvest data, or place excessive load on the Site through automated means;
• misuse the contact form or AI Assistant to transmit unlawful, abusive, infringing or misleading content; or
• copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Neulaxy name and marks, design, code and media, is owned by or licensed to Neulaxy Technologies Private Limited and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables created during a paid engagement is governed by the relevant signed contract (see Section 9).

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and integrates third-party services, including Medium (for our articles) and Calendly (for scheduling), and an external AI/LLM provider that powers the AI Assistant. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI and machine-learning outcomes are inherently probabilistic and are not guaranteed. Outputs from models, automations or the AI Assistant may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific circumstances, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for independently validating any output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neulaxy and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000 (or the amount you have paid us for access to the Site, if any). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neulaxy Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Project engagements

These Terms govern only your use of the Site. Any paid services, deliverables, timelines, fees, confidentiality, IP assignment, warranties and service levels are governed by a separate written engagement contract or statement of work signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement contract, the signed contract prevails with respect to that engagement.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
